Cute but Chipped Paint

Wallet is super cute and unique, but it came with a chip in the paint on the paperclip part of the zipper. Their AI chat could not grasp the concept when I tried to reach out to customer service and it looks like it is no longer in stock on the website, so I can’t exchange it.
