The delaying of my product

I’ve paid for my pocketbook. They took it from my credit card and I ordered it on January 7 and today is the 18th and it’s been delayed and delayed and delayed and now I’m hoping possibly next Wednesday it might arrive so I’m very disappointed.!! I can’t tell you how the bag is cause I haven’t gotten it yet.

Annoying Buckle

I like the bag 4 stars because the handle could be a little longer and the decorative buckle flops around and is annoying. I’m tempted to cut it off.
