Got this for a Halloween Costume- but a Keeper

Originally part of my Halloween costume- but I’m obsessed with this skirt! Love that it has shorts built in. I did go up a size for length because I’m over 5”10

Washes bad

The skirt I bought and the skirt after it washed are totally different. The picture is correct that it is frayed but it’s a lot of fraying, not just a little. The skirt unwashed is super cute and structured. If you don’t wash it, it’ll be great!
