Extremely Disappointed

I am honestly shocked and extremely disappointed. I received what was supposed to be a new item, but it was clearly used. The product had a strong, unpleasant odor, visible spots, and looked worn out—as if someone had already used it and then simply packed it and sent it to me. This is completely unacceptable, especially from a store like Macy’s where customers expect quality and proper handling. Receiving a used, smelly item is not only frustrating but also unhygienic. I would not expect this level of negligence and hope they seriously improve their quality control and packaging process.
