Poor courier service

What a nightmare. The package was delivered to the wrong house. The customer service rep tell you where it was sent and tells you to ask for it back as a result my neighbor and husband got into a fist fight- Macys you need to do better - you need new couriers that deliver to the right address and customer service reps that will issue a refund instantly not stay on the phone to hear you request the package and hear a fist fight - is this Macy’s or Jerry Springer !! Disgusting service all together! Customer Service and Courier you are going to get people killed instead of refunding 70 dollars for your own courier mistakes.
