Missing Product items

I order this product from Trinty, through Macy thinking I would get good service and quality items. The delivery driver and the shipping or manufacturer did not ensure that the costumer would receive all of the purchased items. I emailed the vendor and still have not got a call, email or VM from a representative. I may have to return the foot board, cause I don't have a entire bed to lay my head.

Gaomon Tall King Size Velvet Upholstered Pla

Very cheap-looking material, very lightweight. Don't think this is good long-term use. The headboard is not as tall as the picture shows. Very misleading.

Damaged goods!
