Broken brooch
Beautiful pumpkin brooch but it was broken. Im very disappointed. I have many of her brooches. I have one for every holiday and season. I called customer service and returned back to Garden State Plaza yesterday. Showed the brooch to associate who helped me.

Different item sent
I was sent a different looking pumpkin pin with rows of cheesy looking rhinestones. I see other reviewers with the same problem, apparently Macy's didn't change the image to match the pin I would never have ordered. Going to return this, bad customer service Macy's.

The pin shown online is not the pin that was sent. The top is the same, but the item sent was a lighter orange color with rhinestones down the front of the pin. I returned; was looking for the one pictured which indicated a deeper color and gold colored swirls on the front of the pin.
Wrong Pumpkin Pin in Box
It took me a couple days to figure it out as I was pre-occupied. The pin I got was a vertically lined in the crease's traditional pumpkin. The one I ordered has multiple curls, branches, and buds or sprouts over its viewed surface, Everywhere I clicked and looked at my order the multiple curls pin showed up, but wasn't what I got. I took the one I got back to the store but didn't order a replacement.
