I received this product for free from MAC for testing and review purposes. I tried the Chromatic Metallic Eye Shadow Powder from MAC in the shade Venom. Venom is shade-shifting chrome eye shadow powder that turns from red pearl flips orange-bronze. I love this innovative eyeshadow powder. It is very pigmented. I love that it has ultra-reflective formula that turns colors as it hits the light. I love the iridescent finish it offers. It completely changes my look when I use it.
Love This Color Amazing Product!
I honestly didn't think I was gonna like this color of shade as much as I do. After putting it on I was wrong it was beautiful and I loved the way the color appeared to change when light hit it at different angles. It applied very smoothly glides on effortlessly and isn't heavy or sticky. It lasted all day and it's sure to make your eyes standout and look beautiful. I would definitely recommend this product. Beautiful Shift
The M.A.C Eyeshadow in the shade Shift Chrome is such a gorgeous color with a beautiful, eye-catching shift that looks different depending on the lighting. It definitely stands out once applied. The texture is a bit loose when picking it up with a brush, which can cause some fallout, so a gentle hand or a slightly damp brush helps keep things tidy. It does take a few layers to build up to the full intensity of the color, but once it’s layered, the payoff is stunning and worth the extra effort. I know people have some complaints about Mac changing their formula, but I love these and they work amazing for me, personally. Just as good as ever, if you ask me.
Really pretty!
This eyeshadow really needs to be seen in person to judge it! It's very pretty and definitely changes depending on direction youre turned and the light source. I also think your skin tone will give you a unique shade. I subtracted one star because you do kinda need to pack it on to get the full effect. I can see me working through this pretty quickly having to do that.
