Over all the purse is beautiful, I would say I was very disappointed in the packaging it was horrible the amount I paid for the bag and it was on Sale had it been regular price I would have definitely return it would expect a lil better I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the packaging of my recent purse purchase. For an item of this price point, I expected a atleast okay unboxing experience, but the presentation was unacceptable.When I opened the box, the safety balloons inside were already popped, the tissue paper was torn, and the overall wrapping was completely disheveled. It looked messy and careless rather than premium.Given the expensive nature of this item, this presentation is completely substandard. I request that you look into this fulfillment issue. I had also bought some coach kitten heels from u guys and same presentation I paid full price for those is very disappointing to spend so much money have the item ship to u and have that type of presentation overall products are beautiful , and on my items I was told I would get a free gift and never did I would love to have someone reach out to me

Love it but it’s too small
It’s hard to find a pretty blue purse so I was excited to see this one. I was eyeing the brown one like this so when the blue came out I was ecstatic!! I order it online and when I received it I was disappointed because it’s too small. Get the bigger one girls.

Once again, I don’t know what’s happening to Macys? There’s been already multiple times that I order bags and they come in the worst conditions ever. The bags appear to be used and returned. It happened today again. Sadly, I ended up returning the bag. It appeared used and the price tag was not even attached it was inside the bag and it wasn’t even the original price tag. I’m done ordering online.
