Such a disappointment

This product fails completely to deliver what it should do. I have had it for over a week and it has given off no fragrance whatsoever. Very disappointed.

Disappointing

I anxiously await the beloved Orange Bitters release every year. The idea of a real liquid reed diffuser in this scent was exciting to say the least. Unfortunately, in order to enjoy the scent, you must stand no more than 3" directly above the reeds to smell it. I have used other reed diffusers from Jo Malone, and they fill the room with their intoxicating scents. The Orange Bitters reed diffuser is not potent, it is really just decorative. Jo Malone, please do better!
