Fail To Launch

Ordered a Christmas present for my wife that was due to arrive before Christmas. On Christmas eve day...I received an email that the present was not going to deliver until January 30th I was not in a position to run out at the last minute to find a replacement. Chat help was useless. Epic Christmas fail
