Size chart is WRONG

Ordered my usual size L but what came looks like an XXL super wide. The size chart is way off for the bust and sleeves. For an L, it says bust is 27.25 inches. What came has a bust of about 50 inches, so maybe they only measured one side?? Or my shirt had the wrong tag attached. As this product is Last Chance, which is not refundable, they should make sure the size information is accurate.
