So cute

I bought this for my niece. It's just really cute. I got her some sparkly tights to go with it. She's 2-years-old and I got her a 3T but she's a bit tall for her age so I'd probably get her a 4T next time. I don't usually buy toddler clothes so I don't know if it runs small or big or just right. My niece is about 38 inches tall if that helps.
