Macy's cancellation policy is a joke

I always forget to not order from Macy's because their cancellation policy is so ridiculous. I will order multiple items to try on, then realize a half hour later I had made a mistake and need to cancel an item. Guess what? Toooo Late, can't cancel because their cancellation policy last for 15 minutes after placing an order. Then I have to drive 30 minutes to their store to return the item and stand in line for 15 minutes at their department store. What a joke, not worth it.
