Not what I ordered

I bought the jacket for my granddaughter and I always buy her coats a little big so she can wear it two years, the size I ordered was 10/12.On the website the wine color looked purple red which she liked. The coat that I received was a size 8/9 and the color is more red (my granddaughter calls it Christmas red).
