Quality

My daughter was looking for a fun, fancy dress for the Nutcracker ballet. This checked the boxes and she was able to put a short cover on her shoulders for extra warmth in the theatre. It has a fun swirl when she turns, beautiful layers of fabric and a thick quality construction.
