Dressy or Casual wear pearl light gray sweater

Great sweater to wear around the holidays and winter, loved the pearl detail - I am 5 '1" and it was the perfect length not too long . Comfortable and not scratchy though I did wear a white tshirt underneath.

Arrived torn and the seam was ripped

Yes, it was a "final" sale, but the product arrived damaged. Pretty sweater, but now who is going to sew up the sleeve? I have had no help with the automatic customer service. AI doesn't answer everything.. I would at least like a refund or credit back to my card or offer an exchange,
