Cute but runs small

I originally purchased this dress in an XL and it is tight. I just ordered the 2XL and I’m pretty sure it will fit. I have 36DD and 30 waist. I could button it, but it was very snug. I’m sure this one size up will work. I’m 5’2” and it is short on me. If I bend over, I will show my bottom. Just wear thin shorts under if needed.

This is a very beautiful dress, but it runs extremely small. The XL is more of a Medium fit.
