Damaged Containers lids

The items came in damaged and not usable. Because they were broken I disposed of them after I spoke to Macys help representative . Now Macys website ask me to return the item. What do I do now?

I got mine yesterday. They were packed in bubble wrap very nicely but when I opened the package , the plastic on the both the lids were broken!

Broken latch

The package arrived in tact; however, one of the latches to secure the lid was broken, and when I notified Macy's no action was taken.

Broken lid in clearance sale

I bought this container in Memorial Day clearances It delivered and when I open one of lid side lock is not there Tried to return but it shows no return So I recommend pls don’t but buy in clearance in Macys There is always a fault in items

Functional

This is a great purchase! I'm up to six sets now- a few were house warming gifts. I like to reheat food in the oven, and these work perfectly. I also bake mini deserts and put berries or whipped cream in the other side. Several reviews mention broken pieces, but that has not been my experience. These are durable, functional and a perfect addition to my kitchen.
