Can't Review if I Never Got Them

I tried these on in the store and I loved them as a dressy pant option. The ones I tried on were a bit small so I ordered a larger size to get delivered to the store. It's been 16 days and they're still in transit. Macy's wanted me to write a review, even though the item wasn't delivered so 1 star for the delivery of the item, 5 stars for the pants.
