Disappointing Experience with Third Party Seller

I purchased this item as a Christmas gift for my husband, but unfortunately, it never arrived even though the tracking showed it as delivered. I reached out to the third-party seller and received no response. Macy’s did issue a credit, which I appreciate, but that doesn’t change the fact that I was left without the gift I planned. Very disappointing experience.
