Broken Pieces/No Response
I purchased this storage cabinet online. It looked nice in the photo and included free delivery. However, the product arrived in a box with several pieces (you literally have to build this from scratch) and four of the pieces were cracked. I sent an email identifying the broken pieces and requested replacements. I have not heard anything back from the company, not even an acknowledgement.
