I will never buy anything from Macys again if there is a third party attached!! I retuned this coat before deadline as stated in return policy. Macys refused to back up your return policy because of the third party. I was told that money would be refunded to my credit card in 7-10 business days 3 weeks ago. No one called texted or emailed me confirming or stating otherwise. I had to call back again with no help from macys. I was told to contact the third party even though I purchased coat from Macys. I am so disappointed!,

I previously purchased two other styles of coats from this same brand. Ordered my size in this but received a coat that way too huge!

Loved it...but

Sizing is waaaay off. The size I would normally wear--this coat ran 2-3 sizes larger!!! I reordered, but had to pay a larger price for same coat. Not happy about that!

The sizing indicated is inaccurate. The coat says 1X but the sizing says 22-24 whines incorrect for 1X. One X is more to size 20-22 & 22-24 is 2XL. Additionally, the weight is less than what is considered a coat.
