Never Received

I did not receive the package. I had difficulties in getting any information about a delivery date. I never received an email to share with me a new delivery date. I ordered it on Feb 11th and waited 13 days, finally I had to cancel and request credit. It was disappointing because it was a gift for my daughter. Macys was reliable and had good quality products but appears to be "going downhill" in reliability and quality.

Great Warm Winter Parka

I am so pleased with this coat. It is really warm, with the fleece lining inside. It fits me great, and I am happy with the purchase. However, it arrived very wrinkled. So, I am not sure if I should take in for pressing or not. One thing, the delivery took a long time, much longer than my regular Macy orders. But I love this parka and am looking forward to wearing it.

Warm, Cozy and Functional

This parka is perfect. The fleece lining combined with waterproof, 2 large outer pockets, 1 inner pocket and Velcro adjustable cuffs makes for warm winter outings.
