Where is the jewelry box!

The necklace is absolutely beautiful BUT where is the jewelry box? This is a gift and I now have to find a jewelry box that will show it off!!! Any suggestions??

Why is so hard?

The necklace is beautiful, however I ordered the matching earrings at the same time; how hard would it be to guess one person is ordering a set that should match in color??? The earrings are bright white while the necklace pearl is creamier than creamy, replaced the first order expecting the whole set to be replaced as you explained the customer service person, in case I get to make a set matching in color, what did I get?????One necklace exactly the same I an trying to replace because the color doesn’t match and no earrings. What a disappointment.
