cute but sleeves are too short

I got the 12 month size. Cute outfit, however the sleeves are way too short like for a 6 month old, unless they inteded this to be 3/4 sleeves other than that, the jumper fits just right, but the t-shirt is kind of tight too. Can't imagine after this goes to the dryer will come back as 3 month old t-shirt.
