Worn shoes

The shoes I received had been worn and returned. That’s ridiculous! Someone needs to check returned merchandise. The box was beat up with tape on it. Customer service feared a return but there are no replacements in that size of and a coupon for a future purchase that never came to my email.

Returning these. Disappointing and annoying

Macys sent a used pair of these to me. This is not the first time they have done this. Really disgusting.
