Disappointment
I'm disappointed now, and this backpack is nothing like the price, much less the style. I don't understand why they mistakenly send it without realizing. Macy's, I'm disappointed. Do they think someone orders an item they don't need and is just going to lose money? I'll waste time returning it. Be careful, because I trust Macy's, I shop both online and in person, but scams do exist.
I would recommend this product.

Good for heavy book bags
My daughter loves her book bags. It has plenty of pockets. The shoulder straps are nicely cushioned so it helps her shoulder and back alot.
