Size of sweater

Sizing is completely wrong. I ordered a small. The sleeves hang down to my knees. The material of the sweater is like a sweat shirt. The shoulder seams are part way down my arms. I would never have ordered this item if I had known it has to be sent back to someone other than Macy’s.
