Received unfinished pants and size is incorrect

I purchased a size small via the size chart. They are huge, high waisted and the material is super thick so you look like someone who has several pairs of pants on. I put my hands in the pockets and one pocket is missing the inside material, so it’s basically a huge hole. I’m not sure who is making clothes for Macy’s, but it’s not here in the U.S. I now have to return. Don’t waste your time and money.

Velour Drawstring Pants

These velour drawstring pants were very nice, soft, and true to size. They went perfect with the velour hoodie. My granddaughter loved them!

Soft only

Mine is defective with a double zipper that can’t zip up. Someone else mentioned that they received one with a double zipper. How did Macy missed this defect. It’s getting returned.
