Poorly constructed

Fabric is good, also the colour. However, the sleeves are at least 7" too long and one side seam is badly sewn so it bumps out. Have to return this, sorry.

Item appears to have been used and/or worn

The item had pet and human hair all over it! Yet it was packaged and sold to me as new. I was immediately disgusted when I opened it. No quality control here whatsoever.

Thin and scratchy

I was shocked when I received my order and opened the package. I thought they must have sent a NON cashmere sweater by mistake. Such a disappointment. I have many Charter Club cashmere sweaters but this sweater was nothing like the others. Avoid!
