worst coat ever

This is the second review by me of this item as I never heard back regarding the first. This coat is a lint catcher and what's worse is you cannot get it off and believe me I have tried. I am embarrassed to wear it out, and have only worn it a few times. This is my first time purchasing your brand and aside from the lint it does not hold its shape. I would gladly return it for a refund of some kind of credit as I will never weat it again. See pictures attached.

WAY TOO BIG

I followed the size chart and it was way too big! What I didn’t notice was it was from A Woman Within and their clothes sizes are different than other plus sizes. They run bigger. Also I couldn’t return it to Macys, had to mail it back. It was a beautiful coat but I’m not going to buy a different size because I can’t trust their size charts! Beware, Macys is selling other companies clothes on their website.
