The dress arrived without belts.

Second time to return due to missing belt

This is the second time I am returning this dress because I am missing part of the order-the belt. The dress has huge white belt loops to accommodate the belt but the belt was not shipped with the dress. I have driven over 40 miles round trip on two occasions to return this item because of an incomplete order. This is unacceptable.
