I love it. Worked at Fields during its heyday. My biggest complaint is that it is top heavy so it tips easily. It works nicely but does a better job keeping drinks hot than cold. Next time Fields should partner with Yeti which does a much better job of keeping drinks colder for long periods of time. Also the stopper on top was not super spill proof. It drips a bit. Over all I live my mug.
