This low rating is for the amount of time it took to get my order. I was short on time so I thought it would be quicker to pick up at the store. I was told it would be ready on Saturday the 18th. This was important because I needed it for a trip I was leaving for on the following Thursday. When I hadn’t heard anything I check the order and it says now it isn’t going to be ready until Wednesday. I waited almost all day and nothing. Finally I got an email saying it was ready but by then it wasn’t possible for me to get it. I will never order anything again from Macys to be picked up at the store. You can’t depend on what they say when you place the order. I was also asked to review the tie and I hadn’t even received it yet! You would think if you’re told you can pick something up at the store they would actually have it at the store.
