Damaged open box sent

Looked like a returned item that has defective hole in the fabric where the toys hang from. Definitely appeared to be a Christmas return that was not examined. So sad

I wanted to give as a gift but the box arrived all busted open. I dont know about the product as I am trying to get an exchange due to damaged item.
