Very dissatisfied with my order

I bought the Steve Madden larisall bag with plain blck leather and hard gold ware but a different thing was delivered to me , it came with croc leather and black hardware . I am even more sad because I had this sent down to Nigeria for me and there is no way I can send it back for a refund

Packaging was very bad

Packaging was very bad and the metal chain strap might have damaged the faux leather surface

This bag is so cute and perfect it gives baddie but on a budget ofc it reminds so much of the ysl bag but a lot more affordable and I love it so much and definitely worth the buy☺️
