Description of item was not clear

I've purchased tankinis from Macy's in the past and always received both the top and bottom. The picture of this tankini showed both the top and bottom but didn't say it was a set and I was disappointed to find that the bottoms needed to be purchased separately AFTER receiving only the top. The item description was not clear. Although I liked the top, I did not feel it was worth the total price of having to pay separate costs for the whole set. I returned the tankini top.
