Delicious coffee from a simple, quality machine

Shipping was quick and communication was good. Received the coffee maker a few weeks ago. It was very simple to learn to use. The machine feels like a quality-made item. The drinks the machine has made so far have been so good! 10/10 would recommend.

If your thinking about getting this machine DO IT!

Absolutely amazing!!!!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE ITTT!!!!! Make sure you get fresh beans, and follow the set up instructions! My coffee’s taste better than most coffee shops!

Easiest espresso you'll ever make!

I've been using my new Ninja Luxe Cafe espresso machine now for several weeks and absolutely love it! I'm still honing my recipes and trying out different beans, but the actual process of making espresso and then a latte or cappucino or a drip coffee couldn't be easier. The only thing that's caused a drink to come out less-than-delicious is the ingredients I've used. I'm learning there's actually a big difference in beans and syrups. Who knew! [As an aside, the best syrups are the ones I've been making myself. A fraction of the cost, none of the unpronouceable ingredients, and SOOOO easy!] I'd been thinking about buying an espresso machine for a long time, but was always put off by how complicated the whole process felt when I'd watch the baristas at my local coffee shops or the videos online. Somehow the Ninja Luxe Cafe had escaped my notice; that is until we stayed with my brother and sister-in-law, and she had one that she used to make us lattes/cappucinos/drip coffee every morning. I fell in love with the Ninja, got one as soon as we got home, and have been grateful every day since. Not only do I love the deliciousness in my cup, but I've also thoroughly enjoyed the ritual of making it. It's a great way to start the day!

Bought assuming it made cold foam and it does not. Love the machine otherwise but highly disappointed

Ordering was easy!!

I was very impressed with how easy it was ordering from Macys this past Christmas. My granddaughter wanted an expresso machine for her apartment in Wisconsin. I had it shipped right to her and she received it 4 days later. The website was easy and the whole process was organized and very efficient. I would not hesitate ordering from Macys again.

False and Misleading Advertising

The Ninja Luxe Essential Series carousel image advertised hot and COLD microfoam, but my unit does not have a cold foam option. Do not rely on the carousel image text to inform your purchase, as it is incorrect and misleading.

Sadly missing an obvious feature

Can't dispense water or make Americanos. But the models in Europe can! Why? Fix this!
