Sweet but runs small

Very cute dress. Fabric is nice, the colors are vibrant and it is as pictured. I always get a medium because I like things a bit loose as I've gotten older. I am 5'4" tall and 115 lbs and my boobs are not huge. But this dress from the waist up has to be an x-sm. Weird because it was great around the hips. Order a size up for sure. The length is nice too.
