Wrong size I ordered 6.5 I got 9.5!

Wrong Size Sent and unable to resolve it
I order the size 6M black booties but I received a size 6.5. When I contacted Macy’s customer support I was told that on their system it’s showing that I order 6.5 and not a size 6. I am sharing the ss which clearly shows that I order a size 6. To add to my grievance, the customer service guy stopped responding and when I asked to transfer the call to supervisor so that I can explain and the technical glitch be resolved for future, he just stopped responding and disconnected the call.
