Disappointed – Didn’t Last One Trip

I had high hopes for this Kenneth Cole Reaction Midtown 32” Rolling Duffle, but unfortunately it didn’t hold up at all. After just one trip, the bag already showed significant wear and tear. The material doesn’t feel as durable as expected, and the construction seems weak for something meant to handle travel. For a rolling duffle, I expected it to withstand at least basic airport handling, but it struggled right away. This is definitely not something I would trust for frequent travel or even occasional trips. On the positive side, the size and design are nice, and it has good storage space. However, durability is a major issue, which outweighs everything else. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this bag if you need something reliable for travel.

I would give a zero if it was possible. One time use and the seams came apart. The email provided for their lifetime warranty bounces back as invalid. I highly advise against it.
