missing parts

We were missing one of bags of parts, after multiple emails to the manufacturer, we still have not received the parts. Apologies and excuses of shipping delays and availability of replacements continue to come from the manufacturer. The window for returns has passed with no replacement parts received. The product complaints were to be directed straight to the manufacturer, not Macys. We have paid the money, can not return, and can not use the peoduct.
