Nice but with frill the look is Cheap

It’s a beautiful knit dress that hits my knees with the frill. The shape is flattering on my figure covering my little tummy. With the tights it looks very cute. However, I am not sure about the off white frill. The frill makes an otherwise decent dress look cheap. While the frill itself is of a decent knit material, the overall look it gives to the dress is cheap. Again, I am not a designer so not sure what is causing that, the color, the pleats on the frill or something else. Other than that it’s a great dress with good weight for mildly cold weather.

Love it!

Dress is very flattering and sliming without being clingy. Soft, light weight sweater material. Nice texture. Pleats are adorable. Falls just above knees. Very retro!
