Gorgeous bag - no cellphone pockets though

This bag really stands out. It’s gorgeous. The only downside is that the exterior pockets only fit a flip phone.

Lost usps - no help yet from Macys

Have not received bag. It’s bouncing all over the country everywhere. Customer service not very helpful so far. I’m sure the bag would be great but the “1 star reflects customer service and usps thus far. Will see if Macys makes things right. Bag finally arrived. Thrown in box with no wrapping, no bubble wrap or tissue. Just tossed in a box. Macy’s what are you doing? This has been an awful experience.

Lovely bag, but lacking.

A lovely silver bag with so many pockets, yet not a single phone pocket inside or outside. I wish I hadn’t removed all the tags.
