Shipping and lack of packing must improve!

Disappointed at the time it took to ship. In addition, the purse was just thrown in the box. It was not even wrapped so suede was a little messed up! Also, it still had a security device attached to it so I had to take it to Macy’s (store) to get it removed. The clerk had a difficult time removing it but eventually got it off without spilling my things out of the purse. Hence, the 4-star rating. As for the purse, I’m still getting used to it. It is very roomy with a lot of compartments. IF you can find it online or in store, buy it and try it. It was not available in store for me and it was difficult to find online.

Great bag. Pretty big. Bigger than expected. Like the magnetic closure. Different pockets inside. Light weight and fashionable for winter. Love the color and materials. Great value for size and brand.

OMG I AM IN LOVE!!!

This bag is THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BAG EVER!! For a girl who lives in her UGGS , this bag is perfect! And the color is MAGNIFICENT!! I love the magnetic snap to close it! And the compartments inside are spacious and easy to get into!!!
