Needs Improvement

The adjustability of the design is great. Users are able to align and point the camera in any direction desired. The sturdiness needs massive improvement! With both carbon fiber arms extended from the handle bars on my bike, it only took the jolt of one small bump to pulsate from my front tire up to the mount snapping the first arm extension near the joint.

Disappointing

The bars are of excellent quality, and the plastic swivels also appear durable. However, on first use one of the swivels just snapped off. All of the GoPro equipment I've purchased so far has been outstanding, which made this experience all the more surprising.

Do not buy this product!

I purchased this mount for kayak fishing…. I used it for 1 hour after properly cleaning and mounting it to my kayak never bumped it or anything and it fell off into the water… when I called GoPro they basically said that is too bad sorry nothing we can do. Now I’m out a boom mount and a GoPro hero 12.

WIGGLE LOOSE

When you purchase GoPro products you are under the impression that it’s compatible for action shots. However, with the boom + arm / adhesive mount. I found it very difficult to tighten the arm. Therefore, it moves and twist. The allen bolts are fine and it’s tight in those areas. BUT the arm itself is not stable enough for active movement. Resulting in the GoPro shifting directions. I followed the instructions and looked up several “how to” video as well. I still haven’t found a solution. Unless the item that was ship to me was faulty. This product is not worth the price! The boom arm was ordered for me to work on an assignment. I was looking forward to using this piece of equipment for a work project but it looks like I will be using something else.

Boom

The boom doesn't work, it breaks at the ties or hinges, it's not strong or premium as it says, a hero 12 camera that wasn't even a month old was lost thanks to the boom

Too Short and Too expensive. Better buy a NoName Product for a much cheaper Price.

Not great

I did use it in 42 degree weather on my motorcycle and the moment I went to adjust it the joint snapped it’s my second time using it.
