Wrong Item

I ordered the black cardigan and it was placed in my cart and it appears on my purchases as the item that is shown. However when I received it it was not what I ordered it was a black cardigan with red flowers in stems going down east side of the cardigan something I never seen before a day of my life and definitely something I did not order. So I went back and looked at my order my order shows this cardigan in Black with the little gold buttons. I've been with Macy's for some years even when they was once burdines and I never had anything like this to happen so I was very shocked that they would send me something that was not what I ordered and when you go online I don't even see anything that even look like what they sent me. I did call customer service made a complaint even though they apologized, I'm still disappointed that I did not receive the item that I ordered and also I was told they are all sold out.

Sophisticated

I was so happy to get this cardigan in black. Large sold out so I thought I would try the medium and it was a perfect fit since this is just slightly oversized. I’m not sure how I would look in the warm toffee color but I may order it since this cardigan is so well made.

Duster Cardigan

The color and style were perfect; however, the material was not what I expected. I thought it would be softer. It is a stretchy material and does not have much give. I am returning it. I am returning it.
