Great dress but remove antitheft devices

Such a pretty and well fitting dress. I washed it with another brand new macys white jacket and they left the antitheft device on the jacket. It left stains all over my load of whites. I spent hours scrubbing the stains out of brand new clothing. Actually days because I had to go buy oxygen bleach to help. They ought to make sure to remove antitheft devices. I had to drive back to the store (1 hour). I wasted a lot of time bc of this mistake. And they had said they would refund it but when we got there, no refund bc they claimed it wasn’t their fault a whole load of brand new white clothes got ruined.
