Better than Expected!

This is a gorgeous vest. I’m tall and long waisted and the vest sits at the top of my hips, so not cropped or boxy. Highly recommend. Getting it on sale was a total bonus!

Love this vest

This is going to be a favorite piece - a beautiful, soft warming layer, but not too heavy. I know I will be pairing this with jeans and dressier pants, over tees and buttoned shirts. It is definitely wearable as a shell; fun under an open jacket... I'd love to see it in other colors - like Ink?

Not Eileen Fishers best.

Even though this vest fits, there is a gap between the front buttons. The fabric is thinner than I thought it would be and shows every bump. I will be returning.

Pretty vest

Good service from Bloomingdale’s. Eileen Fisher is reliable for quality. However like ALL of the clothes from this line, I order two sizes down!!!

Hangs beautifully - but fabric pilled

I bought this at the beginning of the season. It hangs beautifully and pairs well with the classic collared silk shirt. Unfortunately, the knit pilled after just a couple wears everywhere there is friction, for example at the back. I don't think this will be a long lasting piece which is disappointing. I would love to see Eileen Fisher maintain this cut of vest and come back next season with one in a knit that has more resilience and can go the distance as a wardrobe staple.

Pretty and versatile

Very nice knit and shape. I had to size up one to prevent pull along the bust. Sea salt has a lonely unique tone on tone effect.

This is a lovely vest, but I couldn’t find a way to wear it that was flattering on me. A darker color would be better for layering.
